EK BHARAT SHRESTHA BHARAT NCC CAMP CONCLUDES

The eleven day Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat NCC Camp conducted at St. Joseph College, Sitapur road, Lucknow from 24 Dec 2018 culminated on 03 Jan 2019.  On this occasion      Dr Neeraj Bora, MLA North Lucknow and Maj Gen A K Sapra, ADG UP Directorate NCC were present as the Guest of Honour.

The NCC Camp was organized under the aegis of UP NCC Directorate and NCC Group Headquarters Lucknow and conducted by 63 UP NCC Battalion. The closing ceremony of the camp organized with aim of one India, i.e. Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat.

34 such camps were conducted all over India for the NCC Cadets. Aim of this camp was imbibe the spirit of National Integration and promote solidarity among the NCC cadets by bridging the cultural, religious and geographical barriers.

Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat conducted at Lucknow with the participation of cadets from all over Uttar Pradesh and cadets of North Eastern states.  Various activities including Tree Plantation, Blood Donation, Restorations of Statue, Personality development Program and Motivational Lectures were organized by the cadets during this this.

The Cadets also visited to Dial 100 office organized by Lucknow Police, experienced the telescopic view of Sun, Moon& Venus organized by Indra Gandhi Planetarium and visited the historical places of Imambara, Rumi Darwaja, Amdekar Park and Shahid Smarak and other important places of Lucknow. The cadets also
experienced their exchange of culture and tradition by having healthy competition among each other in sports, song, dance, skit, debate & Quiz.


Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat  NCC Camp concluded with an life time experience for the cadets and in view of sharing their experiences, feelings and emotions.
